Overview JetCon 2301
 
 

The JetCon 2301 Media Converter is a 10/100Base-TX to Fast Ethernet 100Base-FX fiber converter. JetCon 2301 auto-adapts to the highest level of performance supported by the device connected to the RJ45 port. The fiber port of JetCon2301 operates at 1310 nm and uses a SC connector. Multimode models can support distance up to 2 km and single-mode models can support distance up to 30 km. The built-in Link Lose Forwarding technology and fault relay output promptly alarm users if port breaks or power fails. The robust aluminum case offers an IP30 standard protection plus a dual redundant power inputs with reverse polarity protection.

Overview JetCon 1301
 
 

Korenix JetCon1301 is a compact sized and rugged industrial fast Ethernet media converter, with supports one 10/00TX Fast Ethernet copper and one Fast Ethernet fiber port and with wide power range either AC (18~27) or DC(18~32V), and wide operating temperature (-10~70℃). The JetCon1301 also provides different operating features than before, like pure converter mode, switch mode, TP forced speed and Link Loose forwarding. With those features, it can guarantee the packet never to be lost and alarm the link event to the IT engineer immediately. Especially the pure converter mode, it will not check the packet format and just forward the signal to link partner when its setting is on pure converter mode and this operating mode is designed for special devices that use proprietary communication protocol.
The JetCon1301 meets IEEE802.3 10Base-T, IEEE-802.3u 100Base-TX, IEEE802.3u 100Base-FX and IEEE802.1x flow control standards and is compatible with most of Ethernet devices. JetCon1301 delivers 2 types of mode for multi-mode and single-mode fiber. The single mode model can link partner to reach 30KM far and multi-mode 4KM via different type of optical fiber. For your network architecture, JetCon1301 is the best choice of all media converter with stability, inerrability, and convenience of networking.

Packet transfer mode

‧Switch mode: Forwards the received data only after receiving the
frame completely. The forwarding latency dependson the packet
length, which supports from 64 to 1600Bytes.
‧Pure converter mode: Directly transfer Ethernet signal without
any frame check.
Link Loss Forwarding Technology

When the copper link of the converter fails, the LLF function will
inform the remote converter to shut off the copper link and
herefore alert the link down event to the management system.
JetCon1301 provides 1 DIP Switch to enable or disable LLF.
When LLF is enabled, JetCon 1301 will automatically link down the
copper port if the FX port link is off.

Overview JetCon 1302
 
 

Korenix JetCon 1302 is an 2-port 10/100Base-TX to 100Base-FX Fast Ethernet media converter. The additional 10/100Base -TX port gives extra flexibility to traditional Fiber media conversion. The fiber port of JetCon1302 supports multimode SC with maximum 2 km transmission distance or single-mode SC with maximum 30 km transmission distance.
JetCon 1302 adopts slim industrial design to save rail space of compact system requirement. In order to survive under harsh environment, JetCon 1302 chooses industrial-grade aluminum case with IP30 standard protection. JetCon 1302 provides one relay output to alarm port break events, which is enabled/disabled by the dip switch. JetCon 1302 is powered by 18~27VAC or 18~32VDC from the 2-pin terminal block.

The JetCon 3301Gigabit Ethernet Media Converter series are designed to convert 1000Base-T signals to 1000Base-SX/LX signals. It greatly extends the connection range of Ethernet device to transmit & receive data via fiber cable without performance degradation.

The JetCon 3301converter series support jumbo packets up to 10KB, also support auto-negotiation, flow control function both on RJ-45 copper port and Fiber port. JetCon 3301 series are using store-and-forward technology in switching converter mode. It will filter out abnormal packets to keep network performance, supporting the data forwarding rate up to 1488100 pps in Gigabit Ethernet speed. With the Link Loss Forwarding technology, the JetCon 3301 can fast detect the broken link on RJ-45 port and force the disconnection on the fiber port immediately.JetCon 3301 also features diagnostic LEDs, which displays power, link and activity, allowing you to quickly detect and correct problems on the network.
