ORGi provides a solution to the problems associated with single connections to Semiconductor equipment either through a single SECSI link or an HSMS Single Session connection that allows only one connection. The ORGi product can be provided as a software only solution that you can run on Windows, Linux or any other platform support Java.

The “ready-to-run” hardware-based ORGi is delivered as a device with 1, 4, 8, or 16 SECSI ports. Contact ErgoTech for availability and current pricing.

ORGi Architecture

ORGi provides “ready-to-run” SECSI to HSMS connectivity. All you need to do is set the IP address of the hardware, connect an Ethernet cable, configure the SECSI interface and connect it to the equipment’s RS-232 port.
